Privacy policy

Your questions and birth details deserve careful handling

This policy explains what the launch website collects, why it is used and the controls available to you.

Plain-language summary

Only provide information needed for the reading. Chat data is used to generate responses and may be logged for service operation if database logging is enabled. Voice clips are sent for transcription and are not intentionally retained by this website after processing.

Information you choose to provide

The reading form may collect your first name, preferred language, question, optional date and time of birth, birth city, country and whether the birth time is exact. Contact and booking forms may collect your name, email, city, country, optional phone number and message.

Do not submit passwords, bank or card details, government identity numbers, medical records or information about another person that you do not have a legitimate reason to share.

AI text and voice processing

Your reading messages are sent server-side to the configured OpenAI API to generate a response. In voice mode, the browser records only after you press the microphone control and grant permission. The recording is sent for transcription; the response text is then sent to speech synthesis.

The website requests non-persistent API processing where supported. OpenAI's handling is also governed by the API account and its applicable terms and data controls.

Website analytics and security

The site records first-party events such as page views, AI chat use, voice use and successful enquiries. Logs may include the page path, time, browser information, referrer and a one-way hash derived from the IP address. The public site does not expose raw IP addresses.

Security logs and rate limits are used to reduce abuse. No system can promise absolute security, so avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage, access and deletion

The launch build supports database logging when configured and protected file logging as a fallback. Active chat context is held in the server session so the reader can follow the conversation. Long-term personal memory is not enabled by default.

You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form. Select “Privacy or deletion request” and provide enough information for the request to be identified.

Cookies

A necessary session cookie keeps the form security token, consent, chosen reader and active conversation. The launch build does not include third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The reading service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly design the AI reading experience for children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when payment, member accounts, human-reader appointments or new language services are introduced. Last reviewed: 11 July 2026.
